Direct Injection / TSI CNG Kit

Direct Injection / TSI CNG Kit is a specially designed advanced kit for modern turbocharged stratified injection (TSI) and direct injection (DI) engines, ensuring superior performance, safety, and efficiency. Unlike conventional kits, this system works seamlessly with high-pressure fuel injection technology, delivering precise gas flow and consistent power output without compromising engine life. The DI/TSI CNG kit includes high-quality injectors, ECU, pressure regulators, and advanced piping to provide smooth acceleration, excellent mileage, and reduced emissions. It is engineered to maintain engine efficiency, protect turbochargers, and prevent backfire or power drop issues common in older systems. With PESO/ARAI/ICAT-approved components and expert installation, these kits offer leak-proof safety and reliable performance for premium cars, sedans, and SUVs running on TSI/DI technology. The Direct Injection / TSI CNG Kit is an eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative fuel solution for modern vehicles, combining power, economy, and sustainability.

Features

There are a number of advantages of using Sequential CNG kits but the biggest advantage is that you get better performance and mileage from your vehicle through a more controlled CNG injection. However, there is usually about a 15 percent drop in performance on account of CNG having lower combustibility and higher octane rating when compared to petrol. This means that CNG performs a lot better on high-compression vehicles rather than regular ones.

Sequential CNG kits are considered the better option when it comes to automobile installation as they control the gas flow through the injectors fitted alongside the petrol injectors in the manifold. There is also a separate ECU for the CNG kits which electronically control and monitor the amount of gas pushed into the engine. While Sequential CNG kits are the better option, they can only be installed into electronic fuel injection supported vehicles.
